Webinar Description:

For university startups, it can be hard to find experienced entrepreneurs to provide mentorship and business expertise, help find and secure startup funding, or even serve as CEO. To address this pain point, many universities have founded entrepreneur-in-residence (EIR) or mentor-in-residence (MIR) programs.

Join us for a webinar to hear three universities share information on their EIR/MIR programs. Topics covered will include how they source these elusive entrepreneurs, the mechanics of managing their programs, and how these programs have set up their startups for success. Our panelists are:

- Dave Repp, Associate Director of Ventures, University of Michigan
- Alla McCoy, Director, Startup Support, University of Maryland
- Doug Hockstad, Assistant Vice President, University of Arizona

The panel will take questions from the audience the day of the webinar but sending your questions in advance will put them at the top of the queue.
